MY FIRST DAY AT UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE .. Essay post for students .. (Essay post)

Hi . This is TNWRITES . In today's post we are going to discuss abour essay  MY FIRST DAY AT UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE ...

“Universities/Colleges are places where pebbles are polished and diamonds are dimmed.”

Life is full of strange …… good and bad , happy and sad. Some of these experiences are just unforgettable. I can never forget my first day at university . It was a day of thrill , joy and excitement .

First day at university/college is the big event and most awaited day for the students . But most people’s first day at university/college is the most stressful day of their lives because they don’t know what to expect or they just don’t want to go through an embarrassing situation.

The 12th of September , 2022 was my first day at the most prestigious institution (write the name of your institute) . Nothing was familier . I had just entered the doors of my university/college and started my life changing journey . It was a day full of new experiences  . I got into a new educational building , was exposed to a different style of learning , and met new people. My first day signified the beginning of my goals .

“A university/college  is a place of light , of liberty and of learning .”

Wearing new clothes , I was excited to enter my university/college ,grand building , new environment and new people . I might look like idiot for being so dramatic breathing in and out the air . I couldn’t believe that finally the university that I had been dreaming since High School had been granted .

“Dreams of future are always more beautiful and charming than the realities of today.”

As I entered the university/college, I came to know that the classes wore to be held after the principal's address to the new students. I also learnt that the address was to be delivered in the Auditorium of the university/college. But I did not know where the Auditorium was. I asked a senior student the way to the Main Auditorium, He immediately pointed to a door. No sooner did I enter  that room than I heard a guffaw of laughter , It was not the Auditorium but the girl's common room. Soon a girl's voice reached my ears: ‘Come in, please.’ For a while I did not know what to do. I was feeling badly humiliated. I rushed out of that room. Then I requested another gentleman to lead me to the Auditorium . He took me towards the bathrooms . I was befooled for the second time. It seemed to me that everybody was laughing at me and calling me, "First Year Fool".

"Seniors always approach juniors with an air of superiority.”

Then I decided to find the notice board of the department/college  to read my timetable. At last, I reached the notice board and read my timetable very carefully and came to know that the first period was of English. I was trying to find the lecture room, but eventually  I  got lost in the labyrinth of the majestic building. From my earliest childhood, I was introvert . Therefore, I was afraid of talking to new people. In addition, by reason of nervousness I  could start to stammer . Luckily a group of professors headed by the Chief Proctor of the university/college  came to rescue  and guided me to my classroom.

"Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself."

The teacher arrived and silence reigned , He started the class and after that we introduced ourselves. At that class, I got to know a lot of my classmates, After a while, I started to feel like myself again. I began to relax and enjoy my first day of university/college. All of the new students there looked so happy, knowing it was their first day at university/college. Everyone was mingling , goofing around , and was having a good time, They seemed happy  about their first day there. Finally, I think that it is natural that on the first day we feel nervous, but the things always have a happy ending. That's why I  can say that my first day at university/college  was very good,

"University/College is like a fountain of knowledge - and the students are there to drink."

I am always going to remember that day because I had the opportunity to meet more people and the most important I met the best friends that I have ever had .

“What peaceful hours, I once enjoyed ! How sweet their memory still!”

Remember me in your prayers ......

In today's post we are going to discuss abour essay  WHY I Love PAKISTAN  “Patriotism is a kind of religion ; it is the egg from which wars are hatched.”  Love for one‘s  motherland  is a natural feeling . I love Pakistan because it is my mother-land. I was born and brought up in this country. Man cannot  help loving the native place where he saw the light. I love Pakistan because its soil has gone into my bones and my being. My flesh-and blood are the product of this piece of earth. I eat its food, drink its water and breathe in its air, walk on its soil, live in a house made from its mud and hope to be buried in its soil after my death. So loving  Pakistan is, in fac , loving myself . “Love for one’s country is an article of faith.” Pakistan is dear to me for the sacrifices madé by our ancestors to win this homeland .
